Recovery

Other than the inability to breathe, I did pretty well with the hike yesterday. I was feeling it this morning though. The muscles in my legs are not used to that much of an incline. Not as bad as I was expecting. I will definitely be going up Elden again in the future.

Knitting this week was just Karel and Matt. Matt brought a very delicious pie and Karel finished up his second curtain (he took a long break in between panels). We watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Which reminded me of seeing the musical in Grand Rapids with Joli, Josh, and Shannon last summer. It was a perfect saturday. I'm glad I'll be seeing them next weekend.

I finished up a sweater for Shannon's sister. His mane probably needs some trimming but I think I'll let them decide. He's very fuzzy.
