We moved our weekly dinner to tuesday this week so I could make it to a potluck on wednesday. We made pork and chicken kabobs at Megan and Justin's. Matt regaled us with tales of his European tour (his big learning: always make sure you get your passport stamped when enterting Spain. Otherwise, they might not let you leave).
The next night, Shannon hosted a potluck. The theme for this one was appetizers. I was in charge of drinks so made Pimm's and lemonade. It was new to everyone but was a big hit. The various dishes were fun and delicious. We decided on tailgate food for our next one so I think I'm bringing Skyline dip.
