We took the more direct route to the Grand Canyon since we didn't have a ton of time and weren't sure about the roads. It was still a beautiful drive though.

Grand Canyon
We worked through Saturday morning and then cleaned up a bit so we could enjoy the sun and be tourists (after a stop for a new shade of green paint. My first choice looked too easter eggy over the pinkish tint of my kitchen walls).
We took the more direct route to the Grand Canyon since we didn't have a ton of time and weren't sure about the roads. It was still a beautiful drive though.
