Downstairs phone

The previous homeowners did some very strange wiring with the one downstairs phone jack and it hasn't worked at all. We had to take everything down for painting though so I tossed their mess and started fresh. I was very relieved to hear a dial tone finally. Running upstairs for every call was getting old.
