I met with my Product Specialists today to go over a new project. I'm going to be updating the FMEA (list of possible failures and how we're keeping them from happening). It will be a very good way to learn all the ins and outs of the product. I'll also get to go through the equivalent of customer calls which may not be that much fun. It was nice to be in a meeting where I understood most of what we talked about (I did a lot of FMEA work at my last job).
