Banana bread

Megan mentioned earlier this week that she loved banana bread but had never made it (she is not a baker and associated banana bread with making actual bread with kneading and rising and yeast) so I invited her over today for baking and a knitting lesson. Since her boyfriend was in town, he came too and we asked Matt and Mo also. I used my mini loaf pan so we each got our own and could add in chocolate or cranberries.

While the bread was baking, we watched a Fish Called Wanda and knitted. Megan's boyfriend had learned when he was little so he needed some refreshing but Mo was doing really well and Megan caught on quickly (Matt is still resisting).
