For lunch, I'd arranged a meeting with lis, one of my online friends who lives in Virginia. After driving around for ages looking for a parking spot, we went to one of Mary's recommended restaurants for Mediterranean food. Despite being slightly handicapped on topics (she hasn't seen the Trek movie yet and I missed most of last week's finales with traveling), we didn't have any trouble coming up with things to talk about. It was a lot of fun.

lis
My crazy sister signed up for a half marathon sunday morning (which she won, of course, despite getting coated in mud). I slept in a bit and then explored her local farmer's market. Unfortunately, the yarn booth wasn't there (or fortunately depending if you've seen my stash).
