Saturday hike

Megan organized a hike for us on friday afternoon so we could get some Iron Man miles in. There were supposed to be thunderstorms most of the day but we were instructed to bring rain coats and tough it out (we got very lucky and it ended up being a beautiful day. I'm a bit sunburned). Megan is a bit crazy. She started the day with a run with a co-worker and then a 2k with the Girls on the Run organization in Flag (she ran with a 3rd grader, a poodle skirt, and a great deal of glitter).

According to g-maps, we walked 8 miles. Most of us agreed that the insanely steep section at the beginning should count for more but I'm sure Megan will make sure we get our full 26 miles without stretching so honesty is probably best.
