Matt and I went out for Indian monday at lunch. I'd actually packed mine (and brought it in to work) so I was pretty proud but I have absolutely no will power. The buffet was delicious though. Michelle came over that night for tv (I've gotten her hooked on Chuck and How I Met Your Mother) and knitting. With vacations, sick days, and kids, we hadn't really seen each other in a couple of weeks so it was good to just hang out.
I made a pie on tuesday for Holly's euchre night. I'm not used to seeing strawberries that look so good so often at the grocery store and I'm going to end up ODing on them if they keep going on sale. Then I sat down to watch Reaper and found a blank screen. I called my cable company and was told they are in some kind of fight with the CW station. Fortunately for my Supernatural obsession, they made a deal with the Phoenix CW. Everything will be 2 hours earlier than it was last week though which is annoying but I didn't have to spend yesterday hunting for someone with satellite.
Yesterday was the full moon and Holly wanted to celebrate it with euchre at her house so we've postponed our weekly dinner. I took my pie. Unfortunately, it didn't set for some reason and was still pretty much strawberry soup in a crust (still delicious though).
