Coraline

A group of us went to see Coraline after work on friday. I'd enjoyed the book and have wanted to see the movie since it came out but was having a hard time getting organized enough to actually go. I finally picked a time and sent out invitations so I'd have it on my calendar. Unfortunately, the headache I started the day with turned into a massive migraine by show time so I wasn't able to fully enjoy the movie. It was really good though. Very, very creepy and definitely not kid friendly. I also loved that they changed Coraline's former home from England to Pontiac, MI. It was very random but I liked that I could recognize her snowglobes. And John Hodgman wearing a Michigan State sweatshirt was fun.
