I was hoping yesterday's adventure would discourage Jake from his escape attempts but he was back to beggging to go out again this morning so I tossed him back in the snow (after triple checking the lock). Nog decided to join us this time.

I felt a little mean tossing them in but they didn't seem to mind and Jake had to be dragged in.
Maybe instead of being related to a tiger he is part snow leopard.
