Matt, Megan, Justin, and I went to see Avatar last night. Justin has been trying to get us organized for a while and finally picked a 3d showing yesterday. I didn't know we had a 3D screen in Flag but I'm very glad we do. The effects were very impressive (and helped distract from the plot) but I really should have turned my brain off while watching. Nothing surprised me and I had a few too many logic questions at the end.

I really liked it a lot but it was the visual part I loved. Everything else was, well, not a surprise. So for me, the stunning art and techology of the art was worth the price.
