Battle Creek

Since I was in Michigan, I really wanted to meet up with some of my friends from St. Joe while I was there. Unfortunately, Shannon's entire family got the flu over Christmas so I had to postpone the visit until wednesday on my way to Cincinnati.

Joli and Shannon met me in Battle Creek so I only added about an hour to my drive (instead of closer to 3 if I'd continued to Kalamazoo). We had lunch at Red Lobster and then lingered for a very long time. It was great to catch up in person.
