I made it up a few of these rocks before I realized that, with my asthma and general out of shape-ness, I was not going to make it to the top and back down again. Michelle very nicely came and picked me up so the rest of the group could continue up and she and I could go to the quilt shop.
I sent my camera up with Justin so you can see how crazy and impressive my friends are. Apparently, the first third of the scramble is huge rocks.
The weather was weird all day. Lots of rain but it was very localized. Michelle's house got soaked but the hikers stayed reasonably dry.
The last third is scarily steep (I can't remember what happens in the middle third but I'm guessing it's not fun).
They took a celebratory picture of themselves at the top but it's not really G-rated without some blurring so I'll end here.
