Megan had a craving for mashed potatoes this week so went digging for a main dish to complement that. She ended up with this recipe for meatless meatloaf. None of the wednesday cooking group were very confident but we've been on a good streak so decided to risk having to order pizza. It ended up delicious though. And the mashed potatoes were excellent as well.
While the boys chopped veggies, I helped Megan order yarn for her first non-scarf project. She's going to make a beautiful vest for herself in green.
