Taxes
I met with an accountant tuesday to have my taxes done. I'll probably do them myself in the future but they stress me out without complicating the process with a new house, a move, 2 W2s, and 2 states. I've decided to hold onto most of my refund but I'm definitely getting a new camera. I bought my current one for my China trip in 2003. It's served me well but I'd really like something that can capture actual light levels (instead of making everything darker) and can talk to my laptop.

Chris just ordered himself a new cell phone and picked one out specifically for its photo capabilities. Because our last new camera was before Kirk was born. heh.
I have a camera on my new phone (the one it replaced was almost 7 years old) but I haven't managed to get any of my pictures off. Shannon emailed me one shot but I doubt I could recreate her steps. So I'm definitely better off with an actual, separate camera.
I just text them to my own email address. I'm sure there's a more elegant solution but that works for the few that I want to pull off my phone!
