Dinner
Matt and Mo are out of town for work this week and Megan is fighting a cold (and recovering from running a marathon in Phoenix sunday (she's crazy)) so dinner tonight is canceled (which means I can watch Lost live which is nice). I think I'm going to make my spinach and cheese meatloaf. I've felt weirdly like cooking this week. I made a batch of italian sausage and bean stew on monday. It turned out well but the only italian sausage my grocery store stocked turned out to be a lot spicier than I was expecting. I'm really hoping it calms down a bit for leftovers. Michelle had the same issue with her meatballs this week also. We'll have to investigate other shopping options.

Freezer section normally has little chubs of sausage. I think they're a pound each. plenty of different brands/flavors available.
And spice normally worsens over time. Hopefully that's not the case for you, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Thanks! I'll have to look harder. I had a roommate in college who was way too fond of spicy everything (including chicken noodle soup) but his dishes were more at my wimpy level after a couple of days. I have no idea why.
