New Year's Eve

I flew back to Arizona on New Year's Eve (I was very glad to not be flying in the day before. The snow was so bad, they closed every route into Flagstaff). Megan and Justin very nicely picked me up after the shuttle (with a gallon of milk (they were shopping when I called (I have awesome friends))) and we made plans to go downtown for Flagstaff's dropping of the pinecone. Since it was extremely cold and we were all a little tired, we were very glad that the ceremony happens at 10 and midnight. We had dinner at the Lumberyard and then got hot drinks at Rendezvous.
