Happy birthday, Megan!

Megan's birthday was on the 20th so we celebrated with dinner. We attempted the lemon pancetta pasta but no one could find the recipe so, although it was good, it wasn't exactly as we remembered it. Matt volunteered to make a special dessert.

His first attempt at roasting the marshmallow topping was less than successful (but nothing else burned and the marshmallows were delicious.

Underneath the topping was mint chip ice cream:

And not just any ice cream. Our Fry's (the Kroger's chain) had just started selling Graeter's so the filling was amazing.
