New Roof

My house now has a new roof (part of the final negotiations on the price was that the sellers cover the cost of replacement (it was very old)).

After (I went with Peppermill Grey which was had just enough brown to work with the current off-white of the house. Painting will happen eventually but it's not high on my list right now):
