The group who had spent friday night camping were convinced the crazy wind would die down like it had the night before so we kept waiting (and waiting) before starting dinner (fortunately, Matt had picked up a pizza for us earlier (we took turns eating in the car) so we weren't starving).
Tim dug a hole for our grill:
We used Matt's sister's car for wind blockage.
We had steak, instant mashed potatoes, and salad for dinner. They were all delicious, if a little sandy.
For dessert there were s'mores. This was Matt's first camping experience so we had to make sure he had the full experience.
