We had greek chicken again for dinner last night. While it was cooking, we had roasted cauliflower with caramelized onions and a tahini sauce and lots of hummus. It was a very successful meal.
Matt's mom left them with a couple of kittens a few weeks ago. We decided we should introduce one of them to the dog (the other has a heart murmur so we didn't think scaring him was a good idea). Nugen was very curious but not that brave (he'd definitely learned his lesson with my cats).
While we were introducing the animals to each other, the Matts and Tim were playing with fire in the kitchen. It turned out to be flambéed feta. Which was delicious.
