Over the weekend of july 18th, the park across the street from me hosted a Celtic Festival. We watched the sporting events for a while but it was raining too hard for camera use. It dried off a little later so we wandered and found the bagpipes competition:
We were very impressed that the Flagstaff police got into the spirit of the event:
And I was disappointed that the people manning the Wales tent gave up (definitely not true Welsh):
